Arrests, April 13

• At 5:59 p.m., Elder Castillo-Sanchez, 23, 14 Adams Ave., Newton, was arrested and charged with drinking in public
• At 6:26 p.m.,Alicia Ortega, 39, 126 Beaver St., Framingham, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation
• At 11:02 p.m., Viatcheslav Rozhkov, 29, 61 Crescent St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with trespassing

• At 6:36 p.m., Gerardo Santiago, 28 Gale St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, unregistered vehicle, no inspection sticker

• At 12:03 p.m., identity theft was reported, 29 Wheelock Road
