Waltham Police: Drugs Arrests; Housebreaks; Carbreaks; Larceny

Wednesday, April 15

• At 1:49 a.m., Edwin Giron, 31, 74 Alden Place, Waltham, was arrested and charged with B&E at nighttime for a felony (three counts), attempt to commit a crime (six counts)
• At 4:56 p.m., Tyler Collett, 20, 143 Lowell St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with distributing a Class A drug
• At 10:34 p.m., Cody Penton, 22, 61 Loretta Road, Waltham, was arrested and charged on a warrant (being present where heroin is kept)

• At 12:54 a.m., police responded to a B&E into a MVA, Chester Ave.
• At 5:47 p.m., a break-in attempt was reported, 24 Chester Ave.
• At 5:49 p.m., a break-in attempt was reported, 24 Chester Ave.

• At 5:51 p.m., a break-in attempt was reported, 25 Chester Ave.

• At 5:55 p.m., vandalism was reported, 22 Crafts Street
