Waltham Police Looking For Suspect Who Attacked Woman

WALTHAM, MA — Waltham police are asking for the public's help to identify a suspect who is accused of attacking a woman on Halloween night.

The incident took place just after midnight at the intersection of Moody Street and High Street, said police. The suspect allegedly grabbed the victim from behind and dragged her off the sidewalk into the street in an attempt to steal her cell phone and other belongings.

Police released surveillance footage of the suspect in a Facebook post Thursday. The man is seen walking by a money transfer business on Moody Street shortly before he attacked the woman.
