Waltham Police Make Arrests for Annoying Person of Opposite Sex, Assault on Family Member, OUI, Breaking and Entering

The following are recent arrests posted by the Waltham Police Department:
- Dimas Rivera-Soto, 21, 95 Chestnut St., Waltham, arrested March 10 at 9:38 p.m. and charged with A&B on a family member
- Samantha Leigh Plante, 24, homeless, arrested March 10 at 10:03 p.m. and charged with larceny over $250, credit card fraud over $250, and receiving a stolen credit card
- Shawn Rogers, 48, homeless, arrested March 11 at 4:57 p.m. and charged with B&E into a vehicle/boat in the daytime for a felony
- James Cunningham, 32, homeless, arrested March 11at 10:48 p.m. and charged with A&B
- Julio Contreras, 51, 88 Exchange St., Waltham, arrested March 12 at 7:15 p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a MV, equipment violation, OUI liquor (first offense), failure to ID himself
- Tomik Solaimani, 20, 360 Weston St., Waltham, arrested on March 12 at 7:34 p.m. and charged with accosting or annoying person of the opposite sex, indecent A&B on person 14 or older
