Waltham Police: Man Arrested for 5th Drunk Driving Offense
The following are excerpts from the Waltham police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Sept. 3
- At 1:53 p.m., Fred Tatro, 28, 19 Division St., North Attleboro, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250
- At 2:22 p.m., Robert Aquino, 36, 81 Maple St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug, larceny over $250
- At 8:08 p.m., Marvin Bateo-Medrano, 27, Unkriver, Waltham, was arrested and charged with drinking in public
- At 11:08 p.m., Raymond Leger, 50, 219 Smith St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with OUI (5th offense)
