Waltham Police: Man Arrested for Drug Distribution, Stealing, Giving Fake Name

Incidents, July 12

• At 6:06 a.m., Sampurna Thapa Chhetri, 28, 11 Bradley St., Somerville, arrested and charged with possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class C drug
• At 6:22 p.m., Cesar Soto-Zepada, 31, 8 Exchange Court, Waltham, was arrested and charged with speeding, unlicensed operation of a MV

Incidents, July 13

• At 7 p.m., Jose Gonzalez, 44, 25 Barton St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with violating a municipal miscellaneous ordinance, unlicensed operation of a MV, warrant
• At 7:53 p.m., Aldo Thomas, 34, 173 Boylston St., Brockton, was arrested and charged with marked lanes violation, driving with a suspended license

Incidents, July 14

• Albert Clark, 26, 97 Gore St., Waltham,was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license, noisy motorcycle, unlicensed operation of a MV, motorcycle equipment violation
• At 8:14 p.m., Isai Reyes, 27, 100 School St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with distribution of a Class E drug, furnishing a false name, possession of a Class B drug, assault and battery, shoplifting by asportation
