Waltham Police: Man Charged With Assault, Rape of Child Under 14

Also, police make arrests for armed robbery, drunk driving and trespassing.

Arrests, Friday, May 15

  • At 5:19 p.m., Jeffrey Palma Carias, 19, 18 Cedar St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI liquor (first offense), cars in stopping, starting, TU, leaving scene of property damage, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle
  • At 6:20 p.m., James Hache, 49, homeless, was arrested and charged with uninsured vehicle, no inspection sticker, suspended registration

Arrests, Monday, May 18

  • At 2:18 a.m., Nicole Morse, 48, homeless, was arrested and charged with trespassing

  • At 2:21 a.m., James Casey, 45, 286 River St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 (two counts), rape of child with force
  • At 7:52 p.m., Michael Panzera, 26, homeless, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, armed robbery
