Waltham Police Reunite White Husky 'Misty' With Owner

WALTHAM, MA — Waltham police have reunited a white husky with its owner after finding the dog wandering around without a collar Thursday evening.

"Misty" was seen wandering around the area of 131 Linden St. around 9 p.m. with no collar, said police in a Facebook post.

The post was shared nearly 50 times and the owner was located later in the evening.

Police credited their success to the "power of social media."
