Waltham Police Seek Information In YMCA Vehicle Break-In

WALTHAM, MA — Waltham police are seeking public assistance in finding suspects of a vehicle break-in at the local YMCA on Tuesday.

Police said a vehicle was broken into at the YMCA on Lexington Street around 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday.

Though there is no description at the time, police said it "appears the suspect(s) may have exited the property and traveled west on Lake Street towards Smith Street." Officials noted that it's not known whether they were on foot or driving.

They do believe that the suspects possibly took an olive green over-the-shoulder bag, which they could have been carrying in the Lake Street area between 4:45 and 5:30 p.m.
