Waltham Police: Teen Arrested for Drug Possession, Larceny; Newton Man Arrested for Breaking and Entering

Arrests, Wednesday, April 15

• At 1:49 a.m., Edwin Giron, 31, 74 Alden Place, Newton, was arrested and charged with three counts of B&E at nighttime for a felony, six counts of attempting to commit a crime,
• At 4:56 p.m., Tyler Collett, 20, 143 Lowell St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with distributing a class A drug
• At 10:34 p.m., Cody Penton, 22, 61 Loretta Road,Waltham, was arrested and charged on a warrant, being present where heroin is kept

• At 5:17 p.m., Claudia Lopez, 34, 392 River St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with destruction of property over $250
• At 7:27 p.m., Rogelio Cruz, 40, 7 Pine St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property over $250
• At 10:26 p.m., Jennifer Hewitt, 19, 6 Marlton Road, Waltham, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug, alcohol under 21, and a warrant charge of larceny under $250
