Waltham Police: Teen Arrested for OUI; Larceny

Aug. 21
- At 5:33 p.m., Melissa Bien-Aime, 19, 101 Princeton Ave., Waltham, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of property damage, OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of alcohol under 21
- At 10:04 p.m., police responded to reports of larceny, 11 Brook Ave.
Aug. 22
- At 2:43 a.m., Walfred Dubon Mayen, 23, 87 Rich St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of property damage, unlicensed operation of a MV, OUI
- At 1:51 p.m., larceny occurred, 65 Garden Circle
