Waltham Resident Honored as Soccer Scholar at Revolution Game
Noah Silva was recognized for his outstanding academic achievements.

WALTHAM, MA – Waltham's Noah Silva was honored by the New England Revolution for his academic accomplishments Saturday as the team took on the Chicago Fire.
The nine-year-old participated in the season-long Santander Soccer Scholars sweepstakes, which recognizes the academic achievements of students across New England.
Now through October 13, adults are invited to nominate students aged six to 17 for the chance to win $500 toward their education and a VIP experience at a Revolution home match. One grand prize winner will receive a school visit from Revolution forward and Soccer Scholars spokesperson Charlie Davies.

Daily prize winners, chosen at random, receive a pair of tickets to a regular season home game.
As one of the VIP prize winners, the Silva family received four tickets to watch the Revolution battle the Fire. Noah had the opportunity to take a pre-match photo with Davies and stand on the sidelines to cheer as the Revolution entered the field.
