Waltham Restaurants: 3 Opening Soon, 1 Expanding
Boston Magazine urges diners that now's the time to 'eat in Watch City.'

In a recent issue of Boston Magazine, Waltham was called a place that is a “dining and drinking destination in its own right.”
Posting its road map to what’s happening and what’s new, Boston Magazine featured Red Bird on Moody Street as a destination for “globe-hopping comfort dishes”

It also pointed out that Moody’s Delicatessen and Provisions is expanding, adding a full-service restaurant this month.
Soon, Waltham will also welcome Flank, which is WAAF morning show hosts Greg Hill’s second jump into the restaurant world. Boston Magazine says Flank will bring back the popular “beefsteak dinner” and offer an a la carte steakhouse menu. Flank is “modern steakhouse intent on reviving the turn-of-the-century beefsteak tradition,” according to the Facebook page.

Dovetail Sake on Felton Street will also launch soon, as will Brelundi in two locations. Dovetail Sake offers the “first sake brewing in Boston.”Brelundi will feature southern Italian cuisine.
