Waltham Sheepshearing Festival Is Back This Weekend
The traditional sheep shearing event has developed into something much more in Waltham. Here's what's ahead for this weekend.
WALTHAM, MA — Waltham's annual Sheepshearing festival is back for 2023 with a sweeping list of artists, vendors and performers lined up.
The festival has been around since 1987 and has continuously grown, becoming a niche favorite and bringing hundreds to Waltham each spring.
Food vendors will be available all day as well as a craft fair, archery and many other activities, including the main draw.

Tickets can be purchased online until midnight on Friday, but attendees can also purchase tickets at the festival.
The event will take place at Gore Place, 52 Gore St., and there are a number of free parking spots around the festival grounds. Parking is available at:
