Waltham Steak House, Flank, Closed
Sad news for the folks who were really into eating steak with their hands.

WALTHAM, MA — The steakhouse where eating with your hands was encouraged, Flank, is closed.
WAAF personality Greg Hill opened the restaurant featuring the "New American Beefsteak" inspired by a century-old boys' club, in 2016. Just two years later, an announcement from the Whole House Group dated April 18 indicates that it would close Flank "immediately" following a sale of both Flank in Waltham and 29 Sudbury (in Sudbury).
"Our whole team has loved operating both restaurants. The decision to sell was a dificult one to make, but we needed to be able to focus our resources on two new projects related to the Battle Road brand," said Greg Hill who is the managing partner of the industry group in the release.
