State police said a 79-year-old woman last seen Saturday has been located in Belmont.
Police have found a Waltham woman in Belmont after she was reported missing Sunday afternoon.

Waltham Police tweeted out around 2:30 p.m. Sunday that 79-year-old Elaine Libertini has gone missing. She was driving a 2007 brown Camry with Mass. plates, 89MT55.

According to state police, she was last seen early Saturday afternoon driving in the area of D Street in South Boston toward the direction of the Seaport.
Libertini suffers from memory loss, dementia, and depression, according to police.
