Waltham's Moody Street To Get A New Tenant

The New England School of Photography is moving to Moody Street this fall it announced this week.

WALTHAM, MA — The New England School of Photography is moving to Moody Street this fall it announced this week.

Several Kenmore Square buildings were purchased by a development firm, which turned around and asked the school to move out by November 30.

"NESOP was fortunately able to secure this new Waltham location, which offers incredible opportunities for our programs and our students, including expanded square footage, nearby public transportation and lots of affordable, easily accessible parking," according to a social media post.

The school is sliding into the space formerly occupied by The Boston University Center for Digital Imaging Arts. They closed their doors in 2014,and the spot has sat empty.

The New England School of Photography plans to start all classes in the new location starting October 1, 2017.
