Waltham's Moody Street Packed With Events This Saturday

The second annual car show, Riverfest Pet Parade, Mayor's Annual Doo-Wop Concert and farmer's market are all set for Saturday.

WALTHAM, MA — On Saturday, it's entirely possible for Waltham residents to spend the entire day on Moody Street without being bored for one second.

Four events are scheduled from Moody Street starting at 9:30 a.m.

The second annual Moody Street Car Show will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Moody Street from Maple to Pine, and includes classic cars and music throughout the whole event.

Waltham Riverfest's postponed Pet Parade will also be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. with trophies getting handed out for best costume, most unique, and best in show.

The Mayor's Annual Doo-Wop Concert will follow these events when it's hosted on the common from 5 to 9 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

Kicking off the day is the Waltham Farmer's Market which is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. behind 234 Moody Street. For a full list of vendors, click here.
