Waltham's OUI Arrests, Robbery, Unlicensed Drivers: Weekend Crime Log

Friday, Feb. 24

• Jonathan Zepeda, 23, was arrested at 1:41 p.m. and charged with trespassing.

• Ronald Cabral, 18, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. and charged with unarmed robbery and witness intimidation.

Saturday, Feb. 25

• Frank West, 18, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. and charged with unarmed robbery.

• Bernabe Cosme, 40, was arrested at 5:11 p.m. and charged with operating under the influence of liquor - first offense and failure to stop or yield.

Sunday, Feb. 26

• Lori Rodriguez, 26, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. on warrant charges of speeding on the Mass. Pike and operating with a suspended or revoked license, as well as additional charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield.

• Antonio Osman, 21, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. and charged with a miscellaneous equipment violation, speeding in violation of special regulation and operating with a suspended or revoked license.

• Phillip DeLuca, 30, was arrested at 8:39 p.m. and charged with leaving the scene of property damage and operating under the influence of liquor - first offense.
