Waltham's Red Bird Among Restaurants 'Brimming in the 'Burbs'

The Boston Globe recently featured some restaurants that stand out in the suburbs of Boston, those that are “are brimming with ambitious diners, chefs,” and included Red Bird in Waltham.

Chef Daniel Stokes told the Globe he initially didn’t consider Waltham because it was too far from Boston, but ultimately opened Red Bird, and calls it “logical and cost-effective.”

Red Bird, located on Moody Street, serves “creative New American cuisine at this sophisticated, neighborhood restaurant and bar in the heart of Waltham.”
