Waltham's RTN Gets Marketing Award

The credit union was recognized for excellence in marketing.

RTN Federal Credit Union took home a top financial marketing award at a Sept. 23 ceremony at Mohegan Sun, Uncasville, CT.

The New England Financial Marketing Awards, now in its third year, recognizes excellence in marketing among banks, credit unions, and mortgage companies throughout the region.

RTN’s “FLEX Life” campaign earned the Gold Award in the loan category for institutions with $500 million to $1.5 billion in assets. The ongoing campaign promotes the Credit Union’s home equity line of credit offer. The creative was done in collaboration with McDougall & Duval Advertising of Amesbury.

Joe Connors, vice president, marketing, accepted the award on RTN’s behalf. “We are thrilled to offer a very competitive product that helps our members meet their needs,” he said in a statement.

RTN Federal Credit Union is a full-service financial cooperative. Founded in 1945, RTN is one of the largest credit unions in Massachusetts, with $816 million in assets, 50,000 members and 19 branches. Membership is open to employees and families of more than 650 employer groups.
