WATCH: Leaked Video Shows Boston Dynamics' Freaky Rolling Robot

The Waltham-based robotics company really wants to make the Terminator a reality.

WALTHAM, MA – Boston Dynamics is famous for its eerily lifelike robots that stand on their own legs, walk around and apparently can take quite the beating.

Now, the Waltham-based robotics company is adding wheels to its creations. That's right, wheels. The thing humans don't have that'll surely leave us at a disadvantage during the war with the machines. The new robot, called Handle, has not officially been unveiled to the public, but a video of Boston Dynamics' presentation to investors was uploaded to YouTube by venture capitalist Steve Jurvetson.

The presentation by Boston Dynamics founder Marc Raibert was the debut of his company's "nightmare-inducing robot" (his words, not ours, though apropos). Raibert said the robot is named Handle because eventually the company will have it handling objects.
