What Should Go In This Empty Waltham Storefront?

Welcome back to our second edition of Visions for Vacancies.

Previously, Compustar occupied the space, but moved next door as part of the renovations, according to local realtor Kenneth Brown, whose family trust owns the building. 

Brown is currently searching for a new tenant for the 1,500 square foot space, and said he has fielded several calls to locate massage parlors there, something he said he won't allow. He has previously said he also won't allow nail salons, hair salons, barbershops and a conveience store. 

The site is currenlty surrounded by restaurants and other stores and street parking is available.
