Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered that the U.S. flag and the Commonwealth flag be lowered to half-staff.

Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered that the U.S. flag and the Commonwealth flag be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings beginning at sunrise on Friday, July 17, in honor of the four United States Marines killed in Chattanooga, TN, on Thursday, July 16.
Additional details on when the flags will be raised to full staff will be provided by the Governor’s Office at a later date.
