Woman Allegedly Maced, Robbed at Waltham Wendy's: Report
Samantha Plante and Robert Jackson reportedly confessed to the crime early Saturday morning.

Waltham, MA – Police arrested two early Saturday morning an hour after they allegedly assaulted a woman with mace and robbed her at the Wendy's on Main Street.
Samantha Plante, 26, and Robert Jackson, 24, confessed to the crime, which occurred at 1:33 a.m. on Saturday, the Waltham News Tribune reported.
According to police logs, Plante and Jackson were booked Saturday morning at 2:19 a.m. and 2:40 a.m., respectively.

The Waltham News Tribune reported that the alleged victim, who Plante knew, was walking into the restaurant when she was pushed by Plante and Jackson. She told police Jackson grabbed her and spun her against the glass of the Wendy's while Plante sprayed mace in her eyes, according to the News Tribune.
The suspects allegedly stole the woman's wallet and iPhone.

Plante and Jackson were later pulled over based on the suspects' description; they reportedly confessed to the crime during the stop, the News Tribune reported.
The two were charged with using tear gas or mace in a crime, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and armed robbery.
