Woman Arrested for Keeping Disorderly House; OUI; Drugs: Waltham Police

The following are excerpts from the Waltham police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Incidents, Oct. 9

  • At 1:10 a.m., Katie Blouin, 26, homeless, was arrested and charged with keeping a noisy and disorderly house, miscellaneous municipal ordinance
  • At 3:56 a.m., Robert Antonellis,48, 36 Davenport Road, Needham, was arrested and charged with possession of Class B drug, possession of Class E drug, possession of Class C drug, warrant, having no inspection sticker, driving with a revoked license
  • At 11:14 p.m., William Ssgujja, 35, 5 Barton St., Waltham, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license for OUI, care in stopping, failing to have RMV document, failing to identify himself

Incidents, Oct. 10

  • At 2:35 a.m., Justin Harris, 23, 597 School St., Carlisle, was arrested and charged with failure to drive in the right lane, impeded operation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI
  • At 10:16 a.m., Robert Mullen, 49, homeless, Waltham, was arrested and charged on a warrant, assault and battery, driving an uninsured MV
