10th Annual Boy Scout Memorial Day Pancake Breakfast!

Annual Memorial Day Pancake Breakfast with Boy Scout Troop 1. Celebrate the holiday with friends and family.

Start Memorial Day with a fun and hearty breakfast with friends and family by attending Boy Scout Troop 1 pancake breakfast. Its the troop's largest community building event and fundraiser of the Scouting year.

On Monday, May 29 from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. at St. Zepherin’s Parish Center, located at 99 Main St. in Cochituate Center, local Boy Scouts and their leaders will be serving up pancakes, sausage, fruit juice, and coffee (and cocoa for the kids and kids at heart). All with a big smile and thank you from the scouts for your support.

Oh and another thing - the breakfast is all you can eat!

This is the tenth anniversary of the event. It is perfect for early birds and those who have a hard time getting out of bed, since breakfast is made by the scouts, and the service can’t be beat.

“The Memorial Day parade is a great tradition in Wayland,” said Scoutmaster Tom Kemper. “Starting the day off at the Boy Scout pancake breakfast is a perfect way to meet friends and neighbors and enjoy some tasty food prepared by a fantastic group of kids.”

Cost is $5 per person and $20 per family.

Tickets can be purchased in advance from any Boy Scout in your neighborhood, or watch for ticket sales at local markets throughout Wayland. Walk-ins are always welcome. Bring the whole family and more!
