40th Annual Fall Festival and Sale at Russell's on 10/18

Great Bargains, Food, and Fun!

Saturday, October 18th, Russell’s is holding its Annual Fall Festival and Clearance Sale with great food and fun for the entire family. The 40th Annual Event takes place from 9 -5:30 outside, rain or shine, at Russell’s Garden Center, with bargains on merchandise from all departments.

Come early to shop for bargains and enjoy coffee, bagels, and bakery items for sale by local vendors. Community vendors as well as those from the Wayland Farmers’ Market will also be offering samples and sales of breads, sandwiches for sale from Stop and Shop, lobster rolls for sale by Quarterdeck Seafoods, Indian fare, pickles and condiments and more.

For children there will be tractor rides as well as face painting and pumpkin decorating from 12-3. Adults can enjoy beer tasting offered by Natick’s Barleycorn Craft Beer from 11-3. There will be a live music performance by Wayland’s own, Peter Lavenson and The Daddios, from 1-4, weather permitting.

Our Promise to Nicholas Foundation (OPTN) will be on site selling coffee and raffle tickets for great prizes to benefit the foundation. In addition OPTN is hosting the second annual 5 K race on Sunday Oct. 19 with the start and finish line at the Wayland Town Building. Runners and walkers who pre-register for the race will be able to pick up their race packet at OPTN’s booth on Saturday. For more info go to www.ourpromisetonicholas.com.
