4 week Beginner Yoga Series

Beginning yoga, 4 week series to introduce poses, proper alignment and modifications for Vinyasa.

New: two time choices!

Tuesdays starting January 5th from 11:00am - 12:15pm or Wednesdays starting January 6th from 7:15p - 8:30p

In this 4-week series, you’ll be introduced to the core poses that make up a full Vinyasa class. Instructor Rhonda Skloff will break down each pose so you’ll understand correct alignment and how to properly modify for your body and practice. These classes will foster an open and comfortable environment so you’ll have ample opportunity to ask questions.
Classes build on the previous week, so you’ll expand your skills and understanding and have plenty of time to practice.
