4 Week Beginner Yoga Series with Rhonda Skloff
Beginning yoga classes to teach yoga basics

In this 4-week series, youβll be introduced to the core poses that make up a full Vinyasa class. Instructor Rhonda Skloff will break down each pose so youβll understand correct alignment and how to properly modify for your body and practice. These classes will foster an open and comfortable environment so youβll have ample opportunity to ask questions.
Class meets on consecutive Wednesday evenings: 11/4, 11/11, 11/18, and 12/2 (skipping the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving) from 7:15-8:30 PM.
Classes build on the previous week, so youβll expand your skills and understanding and have plenty of time to practice. Participants should feel comfortable joining an all levels class at the end of the series.
