Board Discusses Case of Twenty Wayland

The Board discusses pending litigation.

On Monday, Aug. 18, the Board of Selectmen will head into executive session to discuss pending litigation in the case of Twenty Wayland, in which the town was ordered to pay developers in this wastewater lawsuit.

The executive session follows a regularly scheduled Board of Selectmen meeting, which starts at 7 p.m. at the Wayland Town Building. The public is welcome to the meeting prior to executive session, which includes only a public comments section, announcements and approval of the consent calendar.
