On Tuesday, September 16 th at 7:00pm join us, Gateway Camera Club, and
professional photographers Scott Erb and Donna Dufault for an engaging, image-rich journey into their life as full-time traveling artists. For the past three years, Scott and Donna have lived and worked from their converted van, crisscrossing the United States in search of stunning landscapes, compelling characters, and the unexpected beauty of everyday life on the road.
In this talk, they’ll share how they manage to stay creatively inspired and professionally productive while photographing everything from ancient rock formations in national parks to intimate still life’s crafted in campground “studios”. You’ll hear behind-the-scenes stories — the beautiful, the bizarre, and the occasionally chaotic — and get areal-world look at what it means to run a business while chasing light, inspiration, and a decent Wi-Fi signal.
With over 30 years of experience in commercial, editorial, and fine art photography, they combine a deep love of visual storytelling with a passion for creative adventure.
Whether you're curious about life on the road, want insight into the creative process, or just need a dose of visual inspiration, this presentation delivers a mix of travel tales, artistic reflection, and practical wisdom for photographers of all kinds.
Bring your spirit of adventure, your love of nature, and your questions for Scott and Donna to the Gateway Camera Club’s meeting at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 3 Maple Street, Framingham. It will be a truly magical evening. See you there.
