Celebrate the last days of summer with Arts Wayland and Wayland Town Center at Tap 'n' Tunes on Friday, August 28, from 5:00–8:00 pm! Elissa Avenue will be transformed into a lively outdoor gathering space featuring live music, local drinks, great food, and family-friendly fun.
Enjoy craft beer, cider, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages from Clover Road Brewery while listening to crowd favorite Six Too Many and rising local artist Georgia Raines. Relax at café-style tables, let the kids cool off in the splash pool, play lawn games, and grab pizza or dinner from Giacomo's or one of the other fantastic restaurants in Wayland Town Center.

B’nai Torah MetroWest of Wayland warmly invites the community to our Shabbat on the Beach service with Rabbi Emily Mathis at the Wayland Town Beach! Shabbat on the Beach is one of the spiritual highlights of our summer, offering a meaningful and welcoming opportunity to gather outdoors as a community.
Bring a beach chair or blanket—and picnic dinner if you'd like—and get ready to enjoy a beautiful sunset service followed by a sweet visit from the Trombettas Farm ice cream truck! All are welcome.
The last Beach Shabbat of the summer will take place on August 21, 2026, at 6 pm.

Mass Audubon's Drumlin Farm

Award-winning folk/Americana band Sweet Wednesday will be performing an outdoor concert at Drumlin Farm on Saturday, August 8th (6-8 p.m.)
Sweet Wednesday’s songs tell wonderful stories, with beauty, humor, and passion. Rock, folk, and americana lovers instantly fall in love with the tunes of these nationally touring troubadours, whose engaging personalities make each listener feel part of a community.
Originally from Boston, Dave Falk and Lisa Housman have toured the country for the past ten years, both as a duo and with their band. Lisa Housman sings and plays guitar and keys, and Dave Falk sings and lends his own unique and dazzling style to the guitar and harmonica.
Falk and Housman will be joined for this show by fabulous rhythm section Antonio Macomber on bass, and Osi Brathwaite on drums.
Super star ice cream will be on site to provide frozen treat delights!
