Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School

Members of the Lincoln, Sudbury and Wayland Communities, please mark your calendars for Friday, October 9th! LS is hosting Wayland for their annual football matchup, but this year we are teaming up for something much bigger than the game.
Both schools are partnering for a joint "Purple Out" to raise awareness for Mentors in Violence Prevention (MVP). Our student MVP groups are collaborating to run a stadium fundraiser, carrying on a meaningful tradition historically held at Wayland's home games.
Near the ticket booth, there will be a table featuring purple swag that will include glow sticks, necklaces and bracelets, purple pens, purple Skittles, and more .Donations are also welcome. All funds raised during the night will be donated directly to the Lauren Dunne Astley Memorial Fund to support healthy relationship education. We are also incredibly honored that Lauren's father, Malcolm Astley, will be attending the game to support our student-led efforts.
You can help support this event:

Wear PURPLE to the game.

Spread the word about the “Purple Out”

Bring a donation to support the Lauren Dunne Astley Memorial Fund—look out for MVP student volunteers at the entrance and in the stands.

Let’s pack the stands, show our school spirit, and stand united against relationship violence. Kickoff is at 7:00 PM at LSRHS, 390 Lincoln Road, Sudbury, MA

First Parish of Sudbury

Join us for Why We Tell Stories with Resident Minister Aiden McMahon. We have always been storytellers. Truth-seeking and meaning-making are central to what it means to be human, and religion has long sought to provide THE human story. In our pluralistic world, and in a pluralistic faith, can we have a single story? Does that matter? Or is it in the seeking that something like Truth can be found? Please join us in-person or online.

First Parish of Sudbury, located at 327 Concord Road, Sudbury, is a diverse and welcoming community of spiritual seekers who strive to learn together and support one another as they celebrate life’s important moments and serve the larger community. The First Parish was founded in 1640. The congregation worships in the historic meetinghouse that was built in 1797.
