Carrol School Update: Pool House Will House Developmental Staff

WAYLAND, MA—The Building Department recently issued a building permit to change the use of an existing residential accessory structure (pool house) located at 45 Waltham Road in order to temporarily permit occupancy for a limited number of on-site Carroll School development staff. The issuance of the building permit is in response to the Carroll School’s completed building permit application.

The public is invited to review a copy of construction documents related to this building permit file at the Building Department during Town Building hours of operation. Construction documents include a copy of the Building Commissioner/Zoning Enforcement Officer’s zoning determination.
