Charges Filed Against Man Found with Wayland Teen
The Hudson County (N.J.) District Attorney has charged a 42-year-old man in connection with the case of a missing Wayland teen.

A 42-year-old New Jersey man had his first appearance in court today after being arrested Nov. 16 in connection with the case of a missing Wayland teen who was found in his home the morning of his arrest.
Jorge Garzon has been charged with sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and child abuse, according to Guy Gregory, assistant prosecutor with the Hudson County (N.J.) District Attorney's Office.
"These are the three charges that they exist now, but there's no telling what the Grand Jury will say when they get the case," Gregory explained.

Bail was set at $150,000 cash or bond. Gregory did not know whether bail had been posted.
Authorities, acting on a tip, found Garzon in his Jersey City, N.J., home with the teen who is believed to have run away from home on Nov. 4.
