Charges Filed in Crash that Killed Marina Keegan
Reports say Michael Gocksch has been summonsed to the magistrate on several charges.

State police have filed charges against the driver of the car involved in a crash that killed 22-year-old Marina Keegan, of Wayland, on May 26.
Keegan's boyfriend, Michael Gocksch, 22, of Centerport, N.Y., has been summonsed to the magistrate for a July 5 hearing on charges of motor vehicle homicide by reckless operation and reckless driving, along with a marked lanes violation, the Cape Cod Times is reporting.
According to state police reports, the vehicle, a 1997 Lexus, hit the right-side guardrail before swerving across traffic and crashing into the other guardrail and rolling over at least twice.

Keegan, who had graduated from Yale just a week before the crash, was killed, and Gocksch was treated and released from the hospital. State police reported that both were wearing their seatbelts and speed does not appear to have been a factor in the afternoon crash.
The charges filed must be "vetted" by the magistrate during the hearing. If probable cause is found, an arraignment and criminal complaint would follow, according to the Cape Cod Times.
