DA Leone Welcomes Wayland Resident Among New ADAs

The Office of the Middlesex District Attorney announced its fall class of assistant district attorneys this week.

Aliya Khalidi, of Wayland, is among the 18 assistant district attorneys hired as part of the fall class at the Office of the Middlesex County District Attorney.

Khalidi is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and is assigned to Framingham District Court, according to a press release from the district attorney's office.

“We’re extremely pleased to be welcoming these new ADAs to our office,” District Attorney Gerry Leone said in the press release. “We are excited for this new class to develop into our next line of top flight Middlesex ADAs, adding to our tradition of excellence in this office. These new ADAs bring with them dedication and commitment to serving the people of Middlesex County."

Fourteen of the new ADAs, including Khalidi, will be working in the county's various district courts located in Ayer, Lowell, Concord, Framingham, Woburn, Cambridge, Malden, Somerville and Waltham. The remaining four ADAs will be assigned to the Appeals and Training Bureau.
