Developer Appeals Parking Space Issue For New CVS In Wayland

The developer disagrees with the building commissioner's determination for parking spaces for the new CVS.

WAYLAND, MA—The building commissioner determined that the new CVS will need 103 spaces, but the developer argues that the 74 planned by the developer is enough.

Wayland WickedLocal reports that the Washington Street Business Center is properly buildingthe 74 spaces approved by the Wayland Planning Board, and shouldn't have to create the 103 that Building Commissioner Geoffrey Larsen said is required.

The appeal is the second related to the building of this CVS in the Washington Street Business Center.
