Dig In: Wayland Plans Big Earth Day Festivities

The town gears up for celebrations in April and May. Tour gardens, take in demos, and clean up the town.

As Transition Wayland said, “in this year’s logo, we stuck a fork in it, but we’re far from done!”

The active group that champions healthy soil and foods through local, small farms and gardens, is planning the town’s annual Earth Day celebrations.

Happening Saturday, April 18, residents are welcome to celebrate spring with backyard vegetable garden tours, a nature walk and lots more.
