Discuss Community Preservation Articles That Are On The Town Meeting Warrant
There are six articles that concern community preservation.

WAYLAND, MA — Concerned about land preservation efforts in Wayland? Consider this meeting.
The Community Preservation Committee (CPC) invites the community to this public hearing on Wednesday, Feb. 15, at 7:30 p.m. to discuss six articles that the CPC has submitted for consideration at the 2017 Annual Town Meeting. A presentation of each article is followed by a discussion during which the audience encouraged to ask questions and/or comment on the articles.

The CPC is charged with making recommendations to the Town Meeting of how to spend CPA funds. Articles submitted for 2017 ATM include the regular set asides, funds for a housing consultant, three historic preservation projects and two recreation projects. The Town Meeting attendees make the final decision of how our Community Preservation Funds are spent.
