S2 Security is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator who will be primarily be responsible for assisting with core Supply Chain management functions including, but not limited to RMAs, system licensing, system upgrades and other duties as assigned. This individual will have a background as a Manufacturing/Supply Chain Generalist and will be eager to learn more. He/she will own the position and should be able to multi task with a high level of accuracy. This role is an integral face of the company and as such must present a professional, pleasant demeanor. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills will be critical to success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls related to supply chain activities
- Process RMA and upgrade orders and follow up on discrepancies
- Manage external RMAs and resolve outstanding issues – inventory reconciliation, tracking, customer contact and feedback
- Monthly inventory control and reconciliation
- Responsible for all S2 software licensing
- Manage software upgrade process – coordinate & track upgrades with sales, refurbish Enterprise for upgrade program, load software, license and ship
- Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND BUSINESS EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Intermediate or better skill level with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and an aptitude for learning software productivity applications quickly
- Basic mechanical and electronics familiarity
- Experience with an accounting software package
- Experience in a busy multi-faceted position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoys a fast paced, flexible environment
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Able to multi-task, work in a lab and lift 50 lbs
