(Log for April 16-22) The following information was supplied by the Wayland Fire Department.

The Wayland Fire Department answered 62 calls for assistance during the week of April 16-22, 2012. This is a summary of those incidents:
Monday, April 16, 2012
6:24 a.m. - Morse Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to Beth Israel Hospital
9:51 a.m. - 17 Pickwick Way, 26F inspection
11:31 a.m. - Smokey Hill Rd, medical assistance needed
1:45 p.m. - Boston Post Rd Sudbury, medical emergency, one person transported to UMass Marlborough
1:52 p.m. - Cochituate Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to Emerson Hospital
2:34 p.m. - Old Connecticut Path, assistance needed
3:30 p.m. - Old Sudbury Rd, medical assistance needed
4:32 p.m. - Commonwealth Rd, medical assistance needed
5:08 p.m. - Boston Post Rd, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital
5:12 p.m. - 38 Stonebridge Rd, caller reported a brush fire in the area about one acre in size. Mutual aid from Framingham assisted.
6:24 p.m. - 59 Lincoln Rd, caller reported odor of smoke in the area, no problem found
11:10 p.m. - Blossom Lane, medical emergency, one person transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital

2:54 p.m. - 136 Woodridge Rd, telephone alarm of fire, no problem found
3:53 p.m. - 28 White Rd, telephone alarm of fire due to malfunction
4:02 p.m. - 277 Boston Post Rd, caller reported exposed wires down at ground level
6 p.m. - 15 Training Field Rd, telephone alarm of fire
