Flash Floods Could Bring Up to 2 Inches of Rain to Wayland
The National Weather Service issued a flash flood watch for the area.

A flash flood watch for portions of Massachusetts, including Southeast Middlesex and Norfolk counties, has been issued by the National Weather Service.
The watch is in effect from 3-11 p.m. on Monday, when rain will move across southern New England into the afternoon and early evening. Total rain could reach two inches in some areas. Rainfall of up to one inch per hour may occur, said the NWS.
“Flash flooding is very dangerous. You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action should flash flood warnings be issued.”
