Forum In Wayland Will Review Special Town Meeting Warrant
The League of Women Voters of Wayland is hosting the Sept. 3 forum.

WAYLAND, MA — The annual Wayland League of Women Voters Town Meeting forum is coming up on Thursday, and will help residents navigate an unusual year for Town Meeting.
This year, Wayland is planning somewhat of a Town Meeting sandwich. On Sept. 12, the regular Town Meeting will begin at 12:30 p.m. with remarks from the moderator and a vote to pass over about 11 articles.
Then at 1 p.m., the meeting will adjourn to enter a special Town Meeting, where members will vote on three important articles: the River's Edge access easement; returning unused funds; and an article dealing with the seating of newly elected officials.
