Get Up There: Open Mic at the Dudley Chateau
There's still room to sign up and perform at this month's open mic.
Everyone’s welcome, and you should give it a shot.
This month’s open mic at the Dudley Chateau takes place on Wednesday, June 3, from 8-11 p.m.
Performers are offered a time slot to play three or four tunes, and soloists and duos are welcome. Styles can range from rock to country to folk to reggae.
As organizers advise in a Craigslist post, the Dudley Chateau is a classic tavern so, “It can be quiet, it can be loud, it can be unpredictable, but it IS like playing in a bar. A great bar.”
The show is all ages before 9 p.m.
“We’re happy to have young performers come and play (if only to be able to have ‘played in bars at a young age’ on their future bio) and they can be assured of a big round of applause.”
This open mic happens on the first Wednesday of each month.
