Christmas Cookie Walk!

The importance of family is core to what we do as Knights. Please join us this Christmas season in a family activity that will also support our charitable works...the Christmas Cookie Walk! Get out your favorite cookie recipe and bake a batch or two with your family. Bring the cookies to St. Ann Hall on Saturday, December 19th from 5-6pm or on Sunday, December 20th from 9:30-10:30am.

Fill a bag with holiday cookies donated by the parishioners of Good Shepherd Parish.

Sunday, December 20th 11:30am - 1:30pm Donation - $5/bag

Christmas Day Dinner for Shut-Ins and those in need

We will be preparing and delivering Christmas dinner to shut-ins and all those in need. Hot dinners are delivered on Friday, Christmas Day at Noon. If you know of anyone who would like to receive dinner, please let us know.

Also, we need volunteers to help:

Cook, either at home or at the church

Bake breads at home and drop off at church

Bake cookies at home and drop off at church

Shop for groceries

Assemble and package the dinners at the church on Friday morning

Deliver dinners – pick up at St. Ann’s kitchen at 11:15AM

Prepare holiday notes for the shut-ins

Epiphany Family Mass & Celebration

All children in grades K-5 are invited to participate in the enactment of the Gospel at the 10:30am Mass at St. Ann on Epiphany Sunday, January 3rd. Children in grades 4 and 5 are asked to volunteer for main roles. All other children will participate as shepherds and angels. There are no speaking parts as the Gospel is narrated and sung. We will gather at 9:00am for costuming and rehearsal. The Mass will be followed by a potluck brunch. All families are asked to bring canned food as the children’s gift to the baby Jesus. Donations will be given to St. Matthew’s food pantry in Dorchester.

Wednesday Lunch Group

The Wednesday Lunch Group will meet on Wednesday,

January 7th at 11:30 AM in St. Ann’s Hall. Father

Jack Siberski S.J., a Jesuit and Medical Doctor,

will narrate a presentation about his experiences in

the African country of Chad.

Please bring a brown bag lunch and a donation to

the food pantry.
