WAYLAND, MA — The tradition continues. It's the annual Thanksgiving Day match-up between rivals Wayland and Weston High Schools. Here's what you need to know.
THE TEAMS
- The Wayland Warriors is coming into Thursday's game with a four-loss streak and a 3-6 record in the Dual County League (Small).
- The Weston Wildcats also have a 3-6 record, winning its last game against Saugus 20-7.
"Both teams are 3-6 , and not having a great year, so a win on Thanksgiving will be a big deal for the team that wins," said Wayland Head Coach Scott Pareghian.
