Hamentaschen Baking Workshop

Please join us at Congregation B'nai Torah on Sunday March 9
at 1:00pm as Avi Smith leads this Hamentaschen baking workshop. You’ll go home
with some delicious freshly baked treats to share with your family in time for
Purim which begins on March 15th.Β

Avi has been experimenting with
creative ventures in baking and cooking for years. After graduating from
Wesleyan University in 2009, he has perfected recipes for mouth-watering
rugelach, delicious challah, completed an internship at America’s Test Kitchen
in Brookline, and created recipes for Hannaford’s Foods. Never afraid to try
something new, Avi loves to add a little mystery to his mix, and has shared
valuable culinary secrets with us over the past three years. Attendees have
enjoyed preparing creative Passover dishes, rugelach, and challah with Avi in previous
workshops. Come join us in March and learn his tried and true techniques for
making Hamentashen!

Enrollment is limited to 15
participants. Registration is available online at www.bnaitorah.com or call the temple at
978-443-2082. A fee of $5.00 for members/$8.00 for non-members to cover cost of
ingredients is payable at the door. Congregation B’nai Torah is located at 225
Boston Post Road, Sudbury.
