Hearing For Developers For Proposed Windsor Place: Wayland ZBA
The developers want to build 12 townhouse rentals.

WAYLAND, MA—The town's zoning board of appeals received an application from Windsor Place, LLC, in July for a comprehensive permit. It proposes developing 12 townhouse rental units at 24 School St. At least 25 percent of these units will be affordable.
The opening hearing for this permit was held on Thursday, Aug. 3.
The next hearing with the Zoning Board of Appeals has been scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 7, at 7:30 p.m. in the Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, in the Large Hearing Room. Topics anticipated to be discussed include traffic and public safety (police and fire). Relevant consultants for peer review will be in attendance, said the announcement.
